Show Your Ticket
Once you purchase your ticket, here is how to show it at the theatre to gain admission:
CHECK YOUR EMAIL—a printable copy of your ticket(s)is attached to your confirmation email (look in your JUNK mail folder if you don’t find it in your INBOX). You can either:
- Print your ticket and bring it with you OR
- Just show the attached ticket in the email directly from your mobile device.
The QR code on your ticket will be scanned at the door.
Another option is to log into your Eventive account at www.cinesarnia.com on your mobile device .
- Click on “Already have a pass or ticket?” button found at the bottom of the HOME page.
- Enter your email and password associated with the account.
- Click MENU.
- Click My Tickets.
This is the message included in the actual ticket purchase confirmation email:
YOUR TICKET IS ATTACHED TO THIS EMAIL!
You will need to show your ticket for scanning at the door. You can do this in ONE of the following ways:
- Print your ticket from the confirmation email and bring it with you. OR
- Show the ticket in the confirmation email from your mobile device. OR
- Go to www.cinesarnia.com on your mobile device . Click on “Already have a pass or ticket?” button found at the bottom of the HOME page. Enter your email and password associated with your Eventive account. Click MENU. Click My Tickets.
*This ticket guarantees a seat in the theatre as long as you arrive at least 15 minutes before the listed screening start time.
